1、直接歸零法。該方法在零位處安裝一個停止擋塊,然后令步進電機向零位方向驅(qū)動足夠大的角度,當步進電機回到零位時,被擋塊擋住,電機停止位置即零位。這種歸零方法簡單,但是在電機被擋塊擋住時,仍會驅(qū)動電機執(zhí)行歸零動作,因此不僅會對步進電機和傳動機構(gòu)造成傷害,還會產(chǎn)生劇烈的抖動和較大的噪聲。
2、傳感器法。該方法在零位處安裝霍爾開關(guān)、光電二極管等位置傳感器,當步進電機回到零位時,傳感器給出檢測信號,控制電路檢測到該信號時,令電機停在零點位置。這種歸零方法準確、可靠,但是增加了電路的復雜性,對安裝有一定的要求。
3、采用帶停轉(zhuǎn)檢測的專用電機驅(qū)動芯片。這種芯片在電機停轉(zhuǎn)時,能夠立刻檢測到電機處于停轉(zhuǎn)狀態(tài),從而確定零點位置。但這種方法通用性差,對步進電機各繞組的電流相位有一定的要求,并且這種方法不能在微步驅(qū)動方式下使用。
4、通過調(diào)整脈寬調(diào)制信號的占空比,構(gòu)造出振幅按一定規(guī)律衰減的正弦驅(qū)動電流。將該電流以一定的相位差加在步進電機的各繞組上,就能讓步進電機以微步方式驅(qū)動,而且其轉(zhuǎn)矩按期望的規(guī)律衰減。此方法應用于步進電機歸零過程,可以使電機以恒定轉(zhuǎn)速且轉(zhuǎn)矩逐漸減弱的方式回到零位,有效地保護了電機和傳動機構(gòu)。該方法無需硬件電路,但能使電機歸零可靠,電機運行平穩(wěn)。因此具有廣泛的應用領(lǐng)域。
