1）甲方工廠電網(wǎng)電壓晝夜波動(dòng)較大，到了深夜電網(wǎng)的電壓竟高達(dá)420V，造成電機(jī)電流增大，發(fā)熱嚴(yán)重，甚至被燒毀。利用三菱變頻器Pr19的功能，將變頻器的輸出電壓限定在380V，降低了電機(jī)的運(yùn)行電流，同時(shí)有效地解決了電機(jī)的發(fā)熱問(wèn)題。

2）為保證發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)輸送推桿鏈的平穩(wěn)運(yùn)行，要求升降段輸送機(jī)上升到位后能與懸鏈系統(tǒng)精確對(duì)位，三菱變頻器Pr270的擋塊定位功能，能滿足這一要求。電機(jī)機(jī)械制動(dòng)時(shí)，電機(jī)輸出的恒轉(zhuǎn)矩使負(fù)載與機(jī)械抱閘緊密接觸，消除了升降段輸送機(jī)垂直運(yùn)行時(shí)易發(fā)生的振動(dòng)。

3）減小變頻器運(yùn)行時(shí)的PWM頻率，將有效的降低變頻器產(chǎn)生的噪音，能有效地減小多臺(tái)變頻器同時(shí)工作對(duì)控制系統(tǒng)的干擾。

4）全線CC-Link電纜長(zhǎng)度超過(guò)600米，但不到1200米，因此將系統(tǒng)的傳送速率設(shè)定為156Kbps。本系統(tǒng)僅包括主站和遠(yuǎn)程I/O站，因而系統(tǒng)采用遠(yuǎn)程I/O網(wǎng)絡(luò)模式，在此模式中，系統(tǒng)執(zhí)行高速循環(huán)傳送，可以縮短鏈接掃描時(shí)間。
