②如果啟動P停止電機(jī)過程中三菱變頻器出現(xiàn)過流保護(hù)動作，應(yīng)重新設(shè)定加速P減速骷洹５緇在加、減速時的加速度取決于加速轉(zhuǎn)矩，而三菱變頻器在啟、制動過程中的頻率變化率是用戶設(shè)定的。若電機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)動慣量或電機(jī)負(fù)載變化，按預(yù)先設(shè)定的頻率變化率升速或減速時，有可能出現(xiàn)加速轉(zhuǎn)矩不夠，從而造成電機(jī)失速，即電機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)速與三菱變頻器輸出頻率不協(xié)調(diào)，從而造成過電流或韉繆?。因?，需要根據(jù)電機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)動慣量和負(fù)載合理設(shè)定加、減速時間，使三菱變頻器的頻率變化率能與電機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)速變化率相協(xié)調(diào)。檢查此項設(shè)定是否合理的方法是先按經(jīng)驗選定加、減速時間進(jìn)行設(shè)定，若在啟動過程中出現(xiàn)過流，則可適當(dāng)延長加速時間;若在制動過程中出現(xiàn)過流，則適當(dāng)延長減速時間髁硪環(huán)矯，加、減速時間不宜設(shè)定太長，時間太長將影響生產(chǎn)效率，特別是頻繁啟、制動時。

③如果三菱變頻器在限定的時間內(nèi)仍然保護(hù)，應(yīng)改變啟動P停止的運(yùn)行曲線，從直線改為S形、U形線或S形、反U形線。電機(jī)負(fù)載慣性較大時，應(yīng)該采用更長的啟動停止時間，并且根據(jù)其負(fù)載特性設(shè)置運(yùn)行曲線類型。

④如果三菱變頻器仍然存在運(yùn)行故障，應(yīng)嘗試增加最大電流的保護(hù)值，但是不能取消保護(hù)，應(yīng)留有至少10～20的保護(hù)余量。進(jìn)口泵閥門

⑤如果三菱變頻器運(yùn)行故障還是發(fā)生，應(yīng)更換更大一級功率的變頻器
